What you can complain about

How to write to us
Send an email to the Grievance Officer, or use the form on our Contact page and choose the topic “A privacy request”. Please include:
- your name and the mobile number on your account;
- the address of the page you are complaining about;
- what went wrong and what you would like us to do;
- any screenshots or proof you have.
You can also download or erase your own data directly from your privacy page.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint and give you a reference.
- We look into it and, where needed, remove content or fix data.
- We tell you the outcome and the reason for it.
For content that is unlawful on its face, such as content that exposes a person’s private area or impersonates them, we act on it with priority, as the law requires.
If you are not satisfied
You may reply to us and ask for a review. For personal data matters you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. For purchase problems with a dealer you may contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or file a complaint with the Consumer Commission.
