What makes a good review
- It is about a vehicle, accessory or dealer you have actually used or dealt with.
- It is specific: how it rides, what it costs to run, how service went.
- It is fair and civil, even when it is critical.
What we do not allow
- Fake or paid reviews, or reviews written by the maker, dealer or a competitor without saying so.
- Phone numbers, email addresses, links, offers to buy or sell, or advertising.
- Abuse, hate speech, threats, harassment or content about a person’s private life.
- Content that is false, defamatory, obscene, infringes someone’s rights or is against the law.
- Copied text or photos you do not own the rights to.
How we moderate
Reviews are checked before they appear. We may edit out personal details, or reject or remove a review that breaks these rules, without notice. We do not remove a review only because it is negative.
Verified owners
An owner can ask for a verified badge by sending proof of ownership, such as a registration certificate. We check it, use it only for that purpose and delete it once a decision is made. The badge means we saw proof of ownership; it does not mean we agree with the review.
Rights in what you post
You keep the rights in your review and photos and allow us to show them on the service, as set out in the Terms of Use. You can ask us to remove your own review at any time.
Reporting and complaints
If you see content that breaks these rules, or a review about you that is wrong, use Report a problem or the process on our Grievance Redressal page.
