Who these terms are for
These terms are an agreement between AutoMotersIndia and the business that creates a dealer account (the “Dealer”). By submitting the partner form or using the dealer dashboard, the person acting for the Dealer confirms that they may bind it. They add to our Terms of Use.
Joining and verification
- You must be a lawfully operating business with the authority to deal in the brands you list.
- We may ask for documents such as GST registration, PAN, dealer authorisation and proof of address, and may refuse or remove a listing that we cannot verify.
- Keep your details, brands, service areas and working hours up to date.
Buyer requests
Buyers choose up to three dealers for a request. You see the buyer’s name and phone number only after you accept it. Accept only requests you can serve, and respond promptly: your response time affects how we rank you.
How you may use buyer data
- Use the details only to answer the buyer’s request, and for no other purpose.
- Do not sell, share or add them to marketing lists, and delete them when the purpose ends unless the law requires you to keep them.
- Follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Telecom Commercial Communications rules. Contact buyers only at reasonable hours and stop when they ask.
- Tell us at once if buyer data is lost or misused.
Quotes and honesty
Quote real prices, charges and offers, show the break-up, and honour a quote for the period you state. Do not use false urgency, hidden charges or bait pricing.
Fees, credits and invoices
Lead prices, plans and credits are shown in your dashboard. Fees are charged from your wallet and GST invoices are issued. Top-ups, credit back for invalid leads and refunds are covered in Payments, Credits and Refunds.
Invalid leads
A lead may be reported as invalid if the number is wrong or unreachable after genuine attempts, the buyer did not make the request, or it is a duplicate. Report it from your dashboard, with the reason. We decide after checking, and a valid claim returns the credit to your wallet.
Conduct
Do not post false listings or reviews, pressure or abuse buyers, claim a buyer’s request as your own, or try to avoid our fees. Breaking these terms can lead to a warning, a pause, removal and recovery of any amount owed.
Our role
We introduce buyers to you. We are not a party to a sale, and we do not guarantee the number or quality of requests.
Ending
You may close your account at any time. We may pause or end it for breach of these terms or the law. Unused credits are dealt with as set out in the payments page.
Liability and law
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
