Who pays
Using automotorsindia.com, asking for a price and comparing models are free for buyers. Dealers and finance partners pay for the requests and services they choose.
Wallet and plans
- You can add money to your wallet, or buy a plan that includes credits, from your dashboard.
- The price of a lead depends on the brand, the city tier and the segment and is shown before you accept it.
- An accepted request uses credits. A request you do not accept costs nothing.
How you pay
Payments are taken online through our payment provider, Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your card or bank details. If a payment fails but the money leaves your account, it is usually returned by your bank; write to us with the reference if it is not.
GST and invoices
Prices are shown with GST where it applies. We issue a GST invoice for each top-up and plan, using the GSTIN and billing details in your account, so keep them correct.
Credit back for invalid leads
If a lead is invalid, as described in the Dealer Partner Terms, report it from your dashboard with the reason. If we agree, the credits are returned to your wallet.
Refunds
- Failed, duplicate or wrong payments: refunded to the original payment method.
- Unused wallet balance: you can ask for it back if you close your account, less any amount you owe us.
- Credits already used for valid leads, and plans already used or expired: not refundable.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to your bank.
Expiry and changes
Plans and credits may carry an expiry date, shown when you buy. We may change lead prices and plans for the future; a change does not affect what you have already bought.
Disputes
If you disagree with a charge, write to us with the invoice or reference. We will look into it and reply, as set out on our Grievance Redressal page.
